In the event of a manufacturing defect, the manufacturer will replace the defective wobble chair or part, provided that (a) the defect is reported to the manufacturer with proof of purchase as evidenced by a store receipt, online order invoice, or similar. (b) The wobble chair has not been misused in any way. The warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear, foam seat, rubber bottom or adhesive associated with those parts. (c) the wobble chair is delivered to manufacturer freight prepaid within seven days of reporting the defect, shipping costs for the replacement chair are the responsibility of customer. This is the exclusive warranty and remedy for the wobble chair.
Active Chairs offers a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason, feel free to return your purchase within 30 days from the date of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Active Chairs will provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items. Returns due to buyers remorse or purchasing the wrong color will be paid for by the buyer.
